Saint Francis Room
The first room is our Saint Francis room. It comes with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee makers, and convection oven (there is no stove). It holds approximately 65-75 people.
There are also 8 5ft round tables in this room included with the rental fee, each seating 6-8 people.
This room has AV equipment (retractable screen, speakers, dvd player, and computer access to stream via the internet).

Immaculate Conception Room
The middle room is our Immaculate Conception room. This room holds approximately 50 people.
Included in the rental fee are 4 8ft rectangular tables, each seating 6-8 people.

Good Shepherd Room

The last room is our Good Shepherd room, which holds approximately 60-70 people. It includes 6 8ft rectangular tables, included in the rental fee.
This room has AV equipment (retractable screen, speakers). You can bring and use your own laptop for streaming or playing DVD's.
This room also has a sink and small countertop.

Additional Details on Using, Renting, or Visiting our Spiritual Center
All rooms in our Spiritual Center are handicapped accessible. There is a handicapped accessible restroom, as well as individual men's and women's restrooms with stalls.
Round hightop tables are available to rent for an additional fee. Please inquire below if you would like to know more about renting these tables.

Rental Fee Schedule
Parishioners:
$200 (1-2 rooms; 4-6 hours including set up and clean up)
$400 (ALL 3 rooms; 4-6 hours including set up and clean up)
Non-Parishioners:
$300 (1-2 rooms; 4-6 hours including set up and clean up)
$500 (ALL 3 rooms; 4-6 hours including set up and clean up)
A Security Depospit of $150 is required for all rentals, and is due at the time of reservation. The security deposit is refundable after the event upon inspection. To receive your full deposit the Spiritual Center must be returned to the condition in which it was found. The Lessee is requested to notify the Lessor within 15 days of the event if the event will be cancelled.
There is also a fee of $110 that is required by the Archdiocese for insurance. This is non-refundable.
The total balance is due to the parish office 14 days prior to the event.
