What do we do?
We minister to the sick, elderly and homebound of our parish
- in their homes, in hospitals, nursing homes and other care facilities
- on either a short term or long term basis
- through the ministry of
- pastoral visitors who visit the sick, elderly, homebound and who bring the Holy Eucharist
- priests who minister the Sacraments of Anointing, Reconciliation. and Holy Eucharist
We provide pastoral support and practical referral for caregivers
We coordinate the annual Mass with Anointing of the Sick
We sponsor a Cancer Support Network

Other outreach services:
- Van Transportation to the 9 AM Sunday Mass for those without means to get
to church.

- AIDS Ministry to assist people who are HIV+ or who have AIDS, aand to offer assistance to family members.
- Lazarus, Martha and Mary Ministry to the grieving and bereaved. For further information or assistance, contact:

Church features for the disabled:
- The upper church has ramp access and has an ADA-approved rest room.
- Wheelchair space in the body of the church.
- There is a hearing loop for those who are hearing impaired and use a hearing aid.
- Communion can be brought to those who have difficulty joining in the Communion
procession.
