At Saint Ursula, we have an active music ministry, with something for everyone!
Traditional Choir The best time to join the choir is when rehearsals resume in the fall. Our Parish Choir at St. Ursula always welcomes new members. We sing a large variety of choral music from all periods: Gregorian Chant through Contemporary works. We also provide liturgical music, mass settings and psalmody for the entire liturgical year. Special emphasis is given to correct singing style and good choral blend.
Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9pm and we sing for the 9am Sunday morning mass and other special occasions during Lent, Holy Week, the Christmas and Easter seasons, and Holy Days. Please consider joining us. Contact Mr. Gonzalez or talk to any choir member if you are interested. There are no auditions or prerequisites. Rehearsals will begin on Wednesday, September 13 at 7:30pm in the choir loft. Please contact Chapman at 410-821-9489 or email@example.com to inquire about joining.
Funeral Choir Under the direction of Chapman Gonzalez, St. Ursula Parish has a funeral choir that sings at funerals, which are general held on weekdays at either 10am or 11am.

Children's Choir Under the direction of Carolyn Weglein the children's choir invites all singers in grades 2 through 8 from any school program to make a joyful noise to the Lord. The only requirement for membership is a desire to sing. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays from 5:15pm-6:15pm, September - April. The choir sings at parish Masses about once a month, for the annual parish Lessons and Carols, and at assisted living facilities. Please contact Carolyn Weglein at 410-377-5323 or firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about joining, or return this form to the parish office.
