Where fun and learning come first!

Guiding Principles

Fun and Learning are our primary goals. Secondary goals include fitness, sportsmanship, and success. Winning does not equate with success, and vice versa. Success is measured in terms of: playing well, competing, having fun, and learning.

Players must have fun in order to encourage a love of the game. We encourage and recognize improvements and efforts as much as possible.

We strive for comparable playing time for all players, recognizing that the game is for the kids, not for the ego or bragging rights of adults, and that our success is not measured by winning.

Individual skill development is emphasized.  We encourage players to measure their performance by improving their own skills, not by comparing themselves to others.

Our coaches model desirable behavior in communication with players, parents, officials, and opponents.  Our coaches strive to be in control of their emotions, fair, and respectful of others.

Our parents model desirable behavior for their children, and treat other participants, spectators, and official with respect. Our parents provide support for coaches and leaders.
