Schedule of Meetings

Meetings of the Pastoral Council are normally held on the second Monday of every month September through June of each year. They take place at the Manns Avenue house, next to the school, and begin at 7:00 PM.

Dates are subject to change. Announcements of meetings appear in the parish bulletins. Special meetings are also scheduled from time to time.

The meetings are open to all parishoners. Anyone who wishes to present an issue for discussion must contact the President or Secretary at least 10 days prior to the date of the meeting to request time on the agenda. Granting of agenda time cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the appropriateness of the topic and whether time is available considering other business.
